The most popular day of the year to get out and run, to help burn extra calories before the big feast.  

The course is mostly flat and fast. This course will have some of the fastest times recorded in all of the Northwest on Thanksgiving morning.  The 2018 event will certainly draw the area's top runners, and the best looking participants!

The 5k is chip timed - wear your bib on your chest so timing and photos will work perfectly.  Muffin bar opens at 9:00 AM - we try not to fill you up on Thanksgiving morning - please, paid participants only.

All 5k finishers receive the Turkeython finishers medal. Wear it to church, work, play, running, or swimming, or just hang it on your wall.  Either way, display it with pride because you earned it.

Fastest three in each age group will be announced in the gazebo throughout the morning and displayed on a large screen monitor. Get your placer pin at the results tent.

The overall 1st, 2nd, & 3rd runners, Masters (age 45+) 1st, 2nd, & 3rd runners, and 1st 65+ will be awarded the special Uberthons overall award medal at the finish line. Both male and female receive the overall medals.

COSTUMES
 
Turkeythoners in the past have dressed in turkey outfits, pilgrims, or Santa suits. Whatever you decide, you will want to dress warm.

Location - 

Kidathon is for kids ages 2 - 11.  The Kidathon is non-timed, and is about 1/4 mile long.  Parents may purchase kids medals for $10 to give to their kids after the race.

Park in available parking spots around the start line. Be courteous of neighborhood parking.
