ABOUT THE TURKEYTHON

The Turkeython started in 2011 as a way to provide a fun activity for individuals and families on Thanksgiving morning. Sure, other Thanksgiving events were already established, but not in all areas. People will get up early Thanksgiving morning to go to a running event if the event is relatively close.  Lots of people want to run even if they have to travel.

The Turkeython encourages you to form a team, bring your family, and bring your neighborhood.
